PAUL J. ZAKOVICH
BUSINESS EXPIERENCE OVERVIEW
After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1978 with a Business Degree in Real Estate and Finance, Mr. Zakovich began selling and investing in apartment buildings through his company in Cherry Creek, Financial Properties Ltd. through 1986. From 1986 to the present, Mr. Zakovich has operated the real estate firm, Biltmore Realty Ltd. This company has focused on the tenant representation, commercial property sales, and the ground up development of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Zakovich’s talents include sales and marketing and finance.
Mr. Zakovich is also a managing partner of Biltmore Development Ltd and Oasis Capital Partners LLC which has developed commercial land in Parker, Colorado, Entertainment District of Park Meadows, Smuggler Mountain in Aspen and Orchard Lakes in Westminster. Residential developments under Biltmore include the 210 custom site subdivision Huntington Trails in Westminster, 70 Acre Sun Meadows near Glenwood Springs, Colorado, 126-unit Patio Home project of Liberty at Registry Ridge in Ft. Collins, Colorado and the 28-lot single family project in SW Ft. Collins The Enclave, 24 patio home project in Loveland, Colorado, Taft Gardens. Recent Denver projects have included 12-unit townhome project 17 Julian, 18-unit townhome project 44 Tennyson, 8-unit townhome project Clermont Townhomes, 44-unit apartment project, 11 Albion and Winter Park project of Wilds 360 at Roam which is a 47 single family home development in the middle of Winter Park along the Fraiser River.
